POLICIES

ARRIVAL
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to check in. We will explain everything you will need to know to have the best experience.

PUNCTUALITY
Please notify us if you may be late to your service. If you arrive too late we may ask you to reschedule your appointment.

CHILDREN
We love children but we kindly request that unattended children not accompany you while you receive services.

PAYMENT
We are pleased to accept cash, MasterCard, Visa & Discover, and CHECKS. Some services require a credit card at time of scheduling to reserve your appointment.

CANCELLATION
Should you need to cancel your appointment we ask that you give a 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule without charge. Appointments with less notice may be charged at full price. We understand things happen and circumstances are unavoidable and with a 24 hour notice or more there will never be a charge.

SPECIAL CONSIDERATION
Prices do not include gratuity unless noted and are subject to change without notice. Imagine Family Salon is not responsible for lost or stolen articles. We are unable to perform treatments on clients under the age of 16 without permission of a parent or guardian. Imagine Family Salon reserves the right to discontinue treatment as appropriate.
